World’s first blockchain phone BitVault: ‘The Swiss Bank in your pocket’

What does blockchain has to do with a phone? Embedded Downloads created a smart secure phone where a blockchain system is used to facilitate secure communication and document transfers. With BitVault you can keep your Bitcoins safely in your pocket. It has multi layer security and you can use your fingerprint or iris to confirm transactions. The phone costs €999,- and will be released next week but it’s already totally sold out. The next batch is coming March 2018. I interviewed Embedded Downloads-founder Peter Marais about the possibilities of this blockchain phone, how it works and why he thinks it’s the most secure phone yet.
