Who is Rich Rebuilds and what is an electrified garage?

A few weeks ago, I was in the States at the FullyCharged event in Austin, Texas and I met a YouTube hero called Rich Rebuilds. He is the person who figured out how to repair a Tesla, because it takes a long time to get service from Tesla itself. He began his “research” as a hobby, but now, he has a YouTube career and shows how to repair a Tesla to car mechanics in particular. He also explains the eMMC scandal, which I mentioned many times in my newsletters. What did he do before his YouTube career? What is an electrified garage? And are there coming electrified garage “universities”?
